I am using my subscription on a Formuler Z10 and I want to use it on my iPhone as well via the MyTVOnline+ app.
The connection is successful and my lists are showing up, but I get an 'Error -1' (black screen) every time I try to play a video. I have already tested by completely turning off the box and installing VLC on my phone, but the problem persists.
Could you please check if my account is locked to the MAC address of the box or if it allows mobile connections?
