- What issue(s) are you having? On switching on, after 60 seconds error message appears saying “This product is not for sale outside EU/UK. Contact supplier 0. It then shuts down.
- Following Factory Reset and reboot, In setup menu, Europe then UK and London is selected as location.
- What was you expecting to happen? Unit not shutting down
- What happened instead? Shuts down.
- How can we reproduce the issue you are having?
- What have you tried if anything to rectify the issue? Email to formular Customer Service was met with “ contact seller”. I was hoping for a guide to altering a set up menu or to download a corrupt file. Not sure I could do that anyway as Im not too tech savvy.
