Try to go fast to your username icon and then settings.
Somewhere you find "meta api". Turn that off.
If it won't help at all clear cache and above cache clear data. Then fill in your portal and at the username icon you find settings. There you find the meta api option. Tuen that off then.

I literally get 2 seconds, it’s not possible. So I obviously can’t use the app at all 🤷🏼♂️

The same is happening with mine.
App comes on for a few seconds the just keeps going to Home Screen.
I started having similar issue with Mol4 just crashing, wont open at all, loops around.
This is Crazy bug with Bets Mol 4. This wasn’t happening before just started a day ago.
I too have the app loop problem.
Open the app and after a few seconds in continually re-opens so I can’t watch anything.
Has anyone found a solution?

I’m not quite sure what you mean, but once I click on Dvb-t tuner on the left, I can only scroll between ‘select country’ ‘mode’ and ‘nit search’ and can only select scan or clear. If I scan the only option is to click ‘done’ at the end.
I cannot highlight tv channels or radio channels found. It will not scroll to this.

I followed this and scanned for channels.
It shows I have 135 Tv and 40 Radio.
On the video above it gives the option to watch channels. I didn’t get that option but just get this screen with the only option of clearing previous scan or re-scanning.
I am using mtvo 4.
Any help to watch the scanned channels please? 🙏🏼

I have just purchased the Z12 and have set it up today so am new to this.
When it booted up it immediately did a software update.
I have the apps (YouTube etc) on the home screen but no Mytvonline.
I have searched for the app in market and it says ‘no search results’.
Could anyone help please?
