Did you factory reset your device? and when?: Yes, multiple times (most recently via recovery menu using paperclip in IR port while powering on)

Video download url (only https): N/A
What issue(s) are you having? (please provide full details of issue in an easy to understand manner):
My Formuler Z10 Pro Max powers on (white power LED is steady), but it produces no video output on HDMI except when I enter recovery mode. On any TV, selecting the HDMI input shows "No Signal" or "Check Device Power. Check the cable is plugged in and the device is turned on." The device is completely silent (no fan noise, which I understand is normal for this model).
What were you expecting to happen?
I expected the box to boot normally into the Android setup wizard or home screen after powering on or after factory reset, and to display video on the connected TV via HDMI.
What happened instead?
After powering on, only a black screen / No Signal on the TV. The only time anything appears on screen is when I force recovery mode (holding the pinhole button in the IR extender port while plugging in power). In recovery I can see the full menu, but after selecting Wipe data/factory reset + Reboot system now, it returns to black screen / no signal again.
How can we reproduce the issue you are having?
Power on the Z10 Pro Max (white LED lights up).
Connect via HDMI to any TV and select the correct input.
Result: No Signal / black screen.
Enter recovery → perform wipe + reboot → same No Signal result.
What have you tried if anything to rectify the issue?
- Full power cycles (unplugged power + HDMI from both ends, waited 2–3+ minutes, reconnected HDMI first then power)
- Tried multiple different HDMI cables (including the original)
- Tried multiple TVs and multiple HDMI ports on each TV
- Disabled Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) on Samsung TV and used the Mute-7-2-9-Exit code
- Performed factory reset multiple times via recovery menu (Wipe data/factory reset + Wipe cache + Reboot system now)
- Confirmed white LED is on and device is powered
- Tested on different displays (still only recovery menu works)
- The device reaches recovery reliably but will not complete a normal boot with HDMI output.
