Hi Guys, I'm suffering from disconnection to server on my box. I have a wired connection but every so often my connection will drop and can only be reinstated by a router restart. It only disconnects from IPTV server, other services still work? I'm a newbie to these boxes so any help would be appreciated. My provider is BT and hardware is the HH6. I have tried to use a fixed ip but still have the same issue?
this is happening to me too, all other devices work fine ethernet and wifi. any solutions? I have sky, is there an equivalent to the BT smart setting thing?
