I frequently see the answer to questions that are posted is to do a factory reset. Is there an option to save your portal login info (MAG and M3U), favorites, and regular settings where you can simply restore. I suspect the answer is no but this should exist.

I’m using the M3U mode portal and I’m constantly losing favorites and gaining favorites that I don’t want. Anyone else have this and know of a solution?

I purchased 2 formuler Z7+ and think they are great except for the WIFI Adapter that came with them they fail to connect to either of my 2x 5g wifi channels always says connection failed but ever once in a while they connect but never stay connected...
Any help would be appreciated.. My router is a netgear AC3200 . I have no other issues with any other device connecting????
Try the D-Link DWA-182. I was having the same issue with the supplied W2 adapter. You can find on EBay for $5

<p>I don't have built in wifi with my box. I understand that the new models only come with a dongle. The problem is the included dongle and an aftermarket I bought do not work with 5ghz. They connect briefly and disconnect. Why? Will a firmware update fix this? Are there any aftermarket models that stay connected to 5ghz wifi?</p> @SAM
