Wich remote the IR or BT?

Same situation here.

My LG TV from 2020 with WebOS 5.0 has the same problem.

However my Samsung TV from 2017 is working flawless with HDMI CEC.

So the box is not the problem but LG.

Great to receive still updates.

I also have this same problem only with the XC api.

When I go to VOD and watch movie it buffers a lot.

The same provider on the same connection using Smart IPTV doesn't buffer.

Is this a known issue of MYTVOnline?

Thanks for the tool but it didn't help.

As i told i use 2 providers, the one works fine and the other crashes only on Formuler boxes.

Also using m3u crashed the device from MYTVOnline to the homescreen.

The problem is MYTVOnline. When I use on the same box StbEmu it doesn't crash.

My trust is gone. They even don't respond to your support ticket.

I opened a support ticket but didn't get any respond yet.

After many months the problem isn't solved yet.

At first it started reloading the portal but currently it goes to the home menu.

If I start and use StbEmu I don't have this problem.

Have you tried to use the extender?

Probably not I advice you to do this.

A friend of my has the same problem with the extender inside the box.

I tried a different IR cable of another brand and that one worked.

How can Formuler add a IR cable in the box which doesn't work on the box?

The view type of VOD & TV Series. Currently it shows the content horizontal.

It would be nice if you can change this to vertical or like Kodi.

I tried factory reset and also another device and model but still the same.

The portal works fine with the other brands.

The built in wifi of the Z Nano gave problems and I plugged a wifi usb.

This has solved the problem with the connection.

When I change to another channel the portal starts loading regularly.

The other models also has this problem.

Yes, it works and the buttons aren't noisy.

I use 2 portals on the Formuler box.

The one works good. The other one when you switch from channel or go to another category it suddenly loads the portal again or goes to the home menu. This happens often.

I tried the portal on the Z Prime, Z+ & Z Nano.

The Z Prime & Z+ goes to the home menu and Z Nano starts reloading the portal.

The box has the latest firmware and MYTVOnline and this problem since a long time.

I tried the same server on other devices like MAG and didn't get any issues.

Hi, can you add the possibility to change the GUI/lay-out of VOD & TV Series?
The current GUI/lay-out is horizontal.
If its vertical it would be more clearly.
For example like the MAG.
