Have had this box for less than a month now, have had to unplug and plug the power cord back in on a couple occasions in order to get the box to function, as of today, that solution no longer does any good. Power light stays red, no response when trying to use remote Is there anyway to do a manual reset on this box?
I just bought a 2 pack of this box, it updated to the new software and worked fine last night, now today all I have is a red light. Tried different cables, unplugging for 30 minutes, tried this file people are talking about on a usb stick and nothing happens the light just stays solid red????? Now what should I do?
