I just changed z7 + for z8 and I have a problem installing a portal
The installation starts at 10% stop and I have a "code error 7"
I reset twice, I installed 3 different portals. 2 portal launch and the 3rd makes me this problem. internet is ok
I try to solve the problem with the supplier he tells me that everything is ok. we tried to put this portal on z7 + and ok it works

now it's been 2 weeks since I try to record programs via EPG "scheduled recording"
formulate Z7 + and mytvonlineI manage to record 20 / 30min and it cuts itself
- I tried with
- 3 different suppliers (my abo and 2 test versions)
- many different channels and different days and hours
- I did a factory reset twice and empty the mytvonline cache, it works for 2 days, then everything starts again.
- resolution set to 1080pp, memory formatted between 466mo and 0.9me on 1.9 GB
I look on the forum formulated in English and apparently I am not alone in this case. but I have not found a solution
I even tried to record live over a period of 5 hours, but it was cut off after 1 hour.
can someone register via the EPG registration program?

Bonjour J'ai exactement le même problème, l'enregistrement programmé via l'EPG ne fonctionne pas, il s'arrête après 20 à 30 min. J'ai déjà initialisé deux fois le formulaire par réinitialisation initiale. ça marche 2 jours puis ça recommence. J'essaie par différents canaux, le problème est le même. Je vais essayer par un autre fournisseur mais je suis désespéré. Quelqu'un at-il résolu ce problème? même la dernière mise à jour n'a rien changé Je vous remercie excusez-moi, j'utilise un traducteur
