Since 3 days ago, my epg is missing.

Already talo to my provider, wich cant solve the problem, causa iam the only person that the epg is missing or gone. Already rebooted my line, wich works through MAC, BY PORTAL.

I got this problem on my both formuler - got an z plus and a z nano.

Any help? Thanks!
