I bought an air mouse of amazon to be able to point and click on my z7+.

I am on holiday and I had to reset the box. Its on the part about screen size display but the remote doesnt seem to have an "EXIT" to confirm button.

Is there anything I can try to get past this?

I need to buy a new power adapter for my Z7+. Does it have to be a 12v 1amp or can I use 2amp?

Unfortunately I unplug the box and take it from living room to bedroom so everytime I do this I get the preparing message.. so having it do once isnt really a viable option.

i also have this issue..

Even tried factory reset but same issue.
