ok.

It seems to be fixed after deinstallation and re-installation of MOL.

And + reboot.

Now it seems to be well configured.

Factory reset is working, but have still the updated version on the box : v1.2.60.

About my issue "MyTvOnline app stuck on "Loading", any idea ?

Moreover, is that normal to have "No IPTV firmware installed" ?

Hi,

I just received my Zx box.

When i start it for the first time, I had to configure it with my wifi etc ..

Then, I had been redirected to SW Update menu, and the version of my formuler Zx was not the lastest, so I click on update button.

Now the current firmware is v1.2.60.

I have then tried to run MyTvOnline, but the app is not working : it stuck on the main screen with the message "Loading...". After a while, i'm redirected to SW update, which is saying my version is already the lastest.

Any idea ?

Do I have to restore the Zx to usine settings ? If yes, how to do it and downgrade to a firmware version fully working with MyTvOnline app ?
