Did you try by using a public DNS server such as google 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 on your formuler?

Just my 2 cents,

had the same issue last week, wrote a post about it.

Issue solved by giving the ID to the provider in capital letters 00:1A:79.....

Hi guys,

just a quick update. Had to add my ID (mac) in capital letters to the provider.

that was probably because I am not used to that and I guess mac addresses shouldn't be case sensitive

Once done, everything worked like a charm

yes,tried to just nickname on 123456 but still error code 7

yes I gave the 00:1A:79 mac

the provider is just asking me for that mac and gives me a http url portal like http://xxx:2121/c

it doesn't work

tried with another provider giving me also username and password and it worked.

could it be the 2121 port ?

Hi everyone,

just received my brand new Z8 today, added its ID to my provider and got the error code 7 immediately

Any thought ?

worst experience so far !
