I have 2 Z8 boxes. Interestingly,the app on one box is streaming channels while the one on the other box is not. My IPTV guy tells me that their server does not block the IP addresses.What could be the problem then?

had the same issue last week, wrote a post about it.
Issue solved by giving the ID to the provider in capital letters 00:1A:79.....

Maby then is the problem not completly solved in the last update OR...
You installed the very last update?
Then i advice to factory reset your formuler box and fill in your portal again and check it again.
Please let is know after your factory reset.

Exactly the same problem.I also keep getting the same message on my tv screen saying 'Mytvonline has stopped' or 'Mytvonlinekeepsstopping'
VOD seems to be working alright though.
I also sometimes get a blank screen and when I hit the EPG bitton on my Formuler Remote,I just see a small black screen window in the top left corner and everythong else is purple and blank.
Is this a Portal issue?
