I bought a Formuler Z10pro, which, unlike the previous Z8, has errors... I turn off HDR in the settings, but it turns on again every time I start it... the remote control doesn't always work, so I have to reset the box even 5 times a day for it to work... it is connected because the light flashes on the box as on the controller...what can I do?

I need help with the keyboard that is available in the Z10pro, I can't control it with my mouse that I use with the box.... I didn't have these problems with the previous Z8, does anyone know why? Is only the gboard keyboard available? Thank you

I have a problem and I don't know if I can fix it in the settings ... when I switch between channels on the current channel it always shows me a picture of the previous one for 2 seconds how do I fix it?
