Yes...and it has been working perfect before we made factory reset on the box. But after reinstallation of both box and app it won´t launch. Only the startup screen comes...and no more.

After helping 2 friends installing 2st (one brand new and one 2 moths old) Z8 boxes i have a problems getting in to their Smart Youtube Apps. My own Z8 box has no problem at all, but i can´t getting them to start up on these 2 boxes. Even the icon looks different. I had a newer icon a few weeks ago, so probably my app is updated to a newer version. But because i cant come that far in to the app, so their apps wont update.

Does anyone more have problems with this app now after a new installation or reinstallaton of the box?

We have tried factory reset acouple of times, without any success.

I have a problem on for example Swedish Viasat Motor FHD. When i have watched for a while..the picture freezes, but the sound is still working. It is like i put it in pause-mode, but the sound is still working.

If i switch channel and go back it works again for a while, and then the problem returns.

But if i make a total restart of the box (Formuler Z8) it works fine.

Is the internal memory full or what is it?

It doesn´t help if i delete the cache-memory on MyTVonline-app.

I also have similar problem if i put the timer for recording on that channel. Picture is black or frozen...but sound works fine. I use a SanDisk 64gb USB-memory supporting USB 3.1 for recordings.

Ok...but still everything happend direct after i did the software update last week.

Before that everything was fine.

If i use Smartiptv-app downloaded in my tv it works fine....

After the last software update my Z8 box has a startup problem on MOL2.

First the picture is just black för up to 10sec, and then the picture comes. There is also no sound on the channels. Everytime now i have to restart the box to get the sound on my channels. Even if i restart the box...it takes up to 10 sec before i get a picture, but now i have sound immediately.

This was no problem before last software update.

Anyone else having same or similar problems?

I am all new here and has just bought a Z8 which is a marvellous little thing.

But my question is:

Can i organize my favorite list ? I want to move the channels to a specific order.... Not the order i have when i choose them in my channel lists by pressing the blue button. I want to choose channels first..and then put them in my own order in my list.
