Are you sure that for any reason your MAC box address is not banned by your provider?
Do you mean your ISP banning the MAC ?
I've had Error 7 since last weekend have taken out a new portal with another supplier today and i get the Error 7 again... so am confused as to what to do next. (Also, The supplier cloned my MAC in STB EMU and said it was connecting)
