I have the same problem and have taken it in another thread but want to come back with this.

(I've really tested everything).

I have 2 Formuler Z8, one shows all pictures while the other does NOT.

I have tried different iptv providers and get the same result.

I have tested via Portals and m3u via Playlists but this is just one of my Z8 that shows all VOD images.

The Z8 showing all pictures was purchased just when the Z8 was launched and has been through all the updates.

My second Z8 that does not show pictures is purchased in October.

What I believe is that the error is somewhere in the Z8 and in any update that my latest Z8 has not received.

I would like to say that the error is NOT with the iptv provider.

(But I could be wrong)

It would be very nice to have a solution to this question.

Thanks to ddd and SAM for suggestions for solving this. I use cable in to Z8, no wifi and no firewall. Oddly, I'm new here and happened to clear my last post by mistake. I will return when / if I find the solution to this problem.

Yes, it is in the MYTVonline2 app this happens and both of these Z8 have latest firmware and MOL2 version. How strange is that? I do not understand this.

Both have the same connection and with the same IPTV provider. Both are installers in the same way. The first box is a purchase when the Z8 came out on the market, the second I bought for a month ago.

I have problems with my Z8 not displaying all cover images in VOD and Series. I have two Z8's, and I use the same IP provider.

My first Z8 shows ALL cover images but the second only shows some, almost no cover images.

Is this a setting you can do?

Or any file you need to download?
