Hi Sam appreciate your help.
I tried that according to the instructions on the link and get the same error unfortunately.
Indeed my playlist URL is
http://provider.com/get.php?userna…=22222&type=m3u
When I put
http://provider.com/xmltv.php?username=11111&password=22222 in the xml tv epg field I get epg load failed.
My provider sent me the link to the epg they provide and it is

Sadly.... The requested URL /epg/epg.xml was not found on this server

Not to my knowledge, but I will certainly ask. I did read someones post on here from a year or so ago that suggested removing the .gz from the url when discussing a similar error on a different model. I haven't tried that as yet. I just wanted some expert advice from you guys.

Just bought myself one of these boxes for one of the kids as I currently use a Gigablue Enigma 2 box for IPTV streaming. Managed to setup the channels ok using a profile and generic m3u url. (My supplier doesn't support a portal unfortunately).
The channels lock almost immediately to which I am impressed considering the spec of the box.
My issue is that I cannot for the life in me to get the epg to populate. My supplier has given me the https link to the ****/xml.gz file. Clicking this link in a browser downloads the file so I know it's live (and it works fine on my enigma box), but on the Formuler I get "EPG Load Failed" when the profile is loaded. Seems it can't compile.
Can anyone shed any light as to why this might be happening?
TIA
