We all have audio variances that are a problem. My Sony Bravia 90 series has major audio issues that need repaired. Won't see the Vizio soundbar I have until I force it, and hardware related breakdown that is getting worse. My Hauppauge USB tuner sound is way above everything else & I have to turn it down quite a bit to run my local tv. Varying equipment will affect things too. I'm struggling with that same Sony Tv model. Except whenever I power off for the night and power back on in the morning, all the audio settings in the Tv are gone and the audio is delayed via the JBL Surround system (9.1). I reset the audio using optical cable and make the Tv adjustments and each day the same thing. I did not have the issue when I was connected (Same Formuler Z11 Pro Max) to my other tv (Hisense)

I am also now trying the 3 hour setting. Hopefully this will resolve having to manually load the EPG each time it is powered on (from stand by).

Have problem with epg. When I start the box is say “No information” but if I open the channel list and change the channel it will update to correct channel information on that channel.
So I need to jump down on all channels for it to update after that I can se information and use the guide.

Same here on Z11 Pro . I have it set to update at 6:00 am and when I power on at say, 8:00 am there in no EPG updating. Thanks

I really like Mol3 ! Ease of use, itv provider installation setup was seamless.

New firmware update. Seems to be holding for me.

I did a factory reset from the main menu and loaded all my providers and did NOT add the latest beta software. Everything is running smoothly now. Hope this helps. and yes, when I was having the afore mentioned issue, channel changing was also causing the loss of provider stream- reverting back to the Home Screen.

Same is happening to me. the Z11 Pro Max drops out of live tv back to main menu. I did the beta .8 update last night to solve the issue and it held for one day and is now dropping out of live tv back to main menu. i am hardwired ethernet at 350 mgs and don't use a VPN. i have a Formuler z11 Pro in another room with no issues. please advise. Thanks

I use Internal player and Live Tv is again dropping off and reverting back to Formuler home screen. Even with the new Beta update. It seemed to only work for me just one day. It seems that when I changed channels the process of dropping out of tv stream to home screen happens. I have a formuler Z11 Pro that does not have any issues. Appers to be just thePro Max. I am using the same providers on both boxes.

I had to program the tv on the ir FormulerZ10 remote using the instructions on the back of the remote and making the white "ok" button on the Formular remote as the "tv remote". The white OK button now turns the tv on and off. Hope this helps.

You sill see this recording bar. Then you move your cursor to the single arrow with the line in front of it and select that feature. It will automatically jump you to the very start of your recording and you will not see any recorded info or spoilers. You can then keep it on pause until you wish to start veiwing.

I am now having the same issue. I am able to hide groups in VOD and TV Series, yet Live Tv states "empty group" when I pursue hiding many foreign countries. And like stated above, I lose live tv and only back arrow into Tv Series and Vod. I have to reload the connection in order to get live Tv. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks

I have had the same issue and have had to clear subtitle cache in the Z8 settings and go on line and log into OpenSubtitles web page and sign in. That seem to work for a few days.

The recording set via epg records the wrong program or the time is way off. I have even added additional minutes to the recording time prior to the scheduled time to start and time to end. please advise. Thank you

The series that i set to record via the epg recorded the wrong program on the correct channel--- and at times, the recording sometimes starts 5 to 10 minutes prior to the end of the previously showing program. I have messed with start and end times but, it seems to be hit and miss. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you

I may as well add my 2 cents. I have 2 connections on a single provider and a backup provider. While setting a timer to record a program on a different channel that I am watching, I get that "popup" go live? The channel that is set to record takes over the picture and I can no longer watch live tv. I have refreshed playlist and still am at a loss. Thanks. Oh on my Formulas Z8
