Hello,
I have a recurring issue with my box and Wi-Fi:
- The Wi-Fi works fine during normal use.
- But whenever I restart the box using the remote, the Wi-Fi connection disappears and no network is detected.
- To get Wi-Fi back, I have to completely power off the box and turn it on again manually.Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Could you try restarting your box with the remote and see if the Wi-Fi also drops?Thanks for your feedback.

When you turn on/off with formuler remote, you use only one button ot 2 button (TV / STB) ???
I am looking to turn on/off simultaneous with only 1 button on the formuler remote...
The simultaneous OFF is working on the 2 remote (tv formuler) but the simultaneous ON is not working.
my tv is last firmware
tested on the 3 hdmi port
b9 : settings / connexion / setting hdmi --> auto detection ON, SIMPLINK(HDMI-CEC) ON , auto synchro ON

Hi, CEC is activate on my TV.
I want to use the remote of the z8 to ON and OFF my TV and my Z8 simultaneous...is that possible?
PS : with my tv remote i can only OFF simultaneous my tv and z8...the simultaneous ON dont work

CEC is activate on my TV (LG oled b9)
The option CEC on/off is now avaible with new update on z8 but on activate :
Enable CEC : on
turn off : on
turn on : on
use tv remote : on
The problem is the same.
I can turn off tv and z8 simultaneous with z8 remote
I CANT turn ON tv and z8 simultaneous with z8 remote
any suggestion ?

Enjoy youtube without pub.
