I have found that manipulating the system time also knocks the EPG times out as well - resulting in the same issue of offset range not being broad enough

Hi,
Actually in BE - and yes, sorry, it is +/- 6 hours. Turns out that all my "test channels" were messed up ones
- I have tested on channels I know well and my UTC EPG Offset is set to -4 Hours. Many channels are synced up now (after I rebooted the Z8).So looks like all is OK and I will contact my provider on the messed up ones.
Thanks for all the inputs !

I have checked both my routers - no FW rules at all and I am not using VPN on the routers nor the Z8.
I am able to manipulate the EPG listings to within 5 hours (best) to 12 hours (worst) of my system time, so I can get the EPG listings time to change when using the EPG Offset in portal settings.
I think that if I could change the EPG offset to +/- 12 hours I could get that last 5 hours (as 7 hours is best EPG Offset I can get now) and sync time and channel guide.
Unless I am missing something else ?

I tried for an update and it states that:
FW V: v1.4.54
IPTV V: v7.6.3
System: FORMULER - Formuler Z8Current Version is Latest.

Hi,
I am new to IPTV. I am trying to Sync the EPG shows/times with the system.
All my channels are out sync between current time and show listed in Live TV.
I have the latest updates on my Z8:
v1.4.54 r22592My current settings on the Z8 system are:
- Use network provided time
- February 5, 2020
- 11:55 am
-TZ: GMT-5:00 Eastern Standard Time (yes that is my time zone)
MyOnlineTV2 settings are (under Portal):
EPG Mode: UTC
I have tried every EPG Offset and the closest I can get is 5 hours (The max settings are +/- 7 hours
I would need +/- 12 Hours
I have tried every combo I can think of whilst clearing EPG cache and deleting EPG data between new settings but I am unable to get the time and program guides to match !
Any help would be greatly appreciated !
Cheers.
