Channels go really slow when I change from one to another, and everything feels slow.

I reset to the factory setting and get following: Software actual v1.6.0 IPTV version v7.12.4 . Is this software not too old? When I click on the app MYTV the software update windows appears, I dont know what to do.

I also realize that when I change a language in a channel the audio fo the new language is not present.

there is only one mode Normal inunder HLS Start Mode -- its changed to fast but still dont get any information

Thanks for your help. The issue resided in my fiber provider, my ip numbers were exceeded.

Now Im trying to solve EPG problem, I dont get any information in the channel about whats coming next

I'm new on this forum so I hope the question is right.

I just got one Z prime box from one colleague and the version is 2.1. I performed a reset factory and now the version is 2.0.something. the thing is that the device is not updating through system, the mytvonline app is not there anymore and I can't sign in i Google where it's says connection not reliable.

Any ideas?
