Factory Reset not working

After 3 years without real problems, my Formuler Z11 Pro Max will not start up anymore.

The led on the box stays red and blinks on and off about once every 10 seconds.

So I tried the factory reset with a paperclip. I can clearly hear a click and I followed the reset instructions to the letter.

DVD cable is connected to the TV on the proper setting (in my case HDMI 1), but nothing at all shows on the TV. I have tried the hard reset now 3 times with 1 to 2 hours in between but no luck.

Any suggestion about what I can still do, other than buying a Z12 box

Only red. Also during the factory reset procedure it stays red, blinking shortly (read: going off) every ten seconds (approx).

What i saw on the video instruction the led should become white after a while...

I indeed disconnected everything from my box first and let it rest for several hours.

I see if i can find another power adapter otherwise I have to buy one.

Meanwhile I connected another power adapter but unfortunately same result.

That is bad if we have with new power adapter same result. If new factory reset with paperclip doesn`t help and new adapter connected, then is something on motherboard defect.

Yes bad luck. I will try a few more times and if no luck order a Z12. Thanks for your quick help

Just wondering if I can restore a backup on the Z12 which I made on the Z11 recently.
