How do I access the menu from Anywhere in mytvonline ? It is so inconvenient that I cannot access the menu no matter where I am in mytvonline

I get an error message when I try to go back to the main channel group. It says “storage warning”. What can I do? I have no usb or any other external storage

When I switch on my Formuler z8, there are no channels and vod. But when I unplug it the channels and the vod return. The problem is that I have to unplug my box first each time before watching. A bit annoying. What can I do about that?

I have tried to make some scheduled recordings, but usually the programme that I have picked is not recorded, but the middle of some other random programme on the same channel. What am I doing wrong?

Is it possible to sort your favourite tv channels into different groups: news/German/Spanish etc?

I am not able to record. I have inserted a usb. When I think I have recorded and click on recording it says : warning empty recording files.

What am I doing wrong?

The recorded files are on my usb, but I take it that they are in a format that cannot be played on a pc

I just bought my z8 and I maybe doing something wrong.

One of the reasons why I bought a box instead of just using an Apple TV app was that I wanted the catch up option. But when I browse through my German and English channels very few of them have catch up. Is that simply the way it is or am I doing something wrong?
