I'm looking for some advice please, I've been looking on the forum and I don't think its possible but can someone confirm for me please. I have a Z8 with MyTvonline-2 and am considering purchasing a Z11, I have successfully backed up the data of the Z8 to a storage device. Can you confirm if it is possible to restore the backup from the Z8 and install to the Z11 please.

Yes it sounds most likely to be that. Maybe best to leave the VPN on

I experience the same problem and for me it's the VPN trying to switch on at the same time the Mytvonline 2 tries to connect to the IPTV server. For best results I disable the VPN, open Mytvonline and connect to the IPTV service then enable the VPN.

If you have a VPN maybe you can try this

If you use a good VPN provider like express VPN then your ISP shouldn't be able to block you. Free VPN's and cheap VPN's are counter productive. Using a decent VPN set to Holland should work well

I have a formuler Z8 with two different IPTV provider's. One supplier is connected using the MAC code. The other user is connected using the portal URL and using the password that was given to me with my subscription.

Only the MAC code connection shows the correct start time within the EPG which also matches the same start time as shown when opening the information data.

I guess it's worth trying to connect using your MAC address and ensure the time UTC offset for your location is selected within the portal connection
