I have the new Z12 Ultra on test for a couple of days. There seems to be a bug in the Bluetooth software.
Paired my earbuds - 1st day worked. After that, do not. Its not the earbuds as they work with all other devices - says connected/paired for audio - yet no volume. Restarted the box & the earbuds - deleted, re-paired, no difference - no volume/output/

If it were the providers issue - confused as to why same file ok on Mytv2, but not 3?
The issue iis - if you look at the image in Dropbox - its listing 36 episodes (on the left of the screen). On the right, where there are the screens and descriptions, it's showing 9 correctly - then scrolling down 10-36 are greyed out windows, they shouldn't be there at all. This issue - using the same file example - works fine with MYTV2 but the newer 3 is where the issue is.
I've also tested on other boxes / Appforce2 - and its ok. Seems to be a mytv3 problem.

Retailing these boxes - so need to revisit as still an issue (reported 12 months ago)
Within VOD - mytvonline3 - we have 'ghost episodes' showing.
For example, in the new Dexter series, there are 9 episodes
Mytol3 shows the first 9 - then more, all blank to 36!
It also shows 36 episodes on the list below the playback image (image link below)
We think this may be down to the various resolution options 480/720/1080/4K? 4 resolutions - 9 episodes = 36.
In mytvonline2 - when you go into VOD if a file has multiple options resolution wise, you can see that onscreen and select the playback resolution option. Mytvonline 3 that seems to be missing? Works ok fully in mytv2 but not 3
I installed it on the ipad - I have the same problem as the previous Android one - live TV is ok, Films ok - series do not work. Failed to load VOD data? Apple and Android.
Any suggestions ?

Films playback ok in mytvonline+
But anything that has multiple episodes/series - gets a message 'failed to load VOD data, error.

The above does not fix the issue.
I've tried a series uploaded yesterday - Has 6 episodes, states 12 & the 2nd season also shows actually 6, but says 24 episodes.
I have also factory reset the box, deleted all user preferences and portal - and re-installed the whole lot and is the same.
The issue seems to be with mytvonline3 - as the same series/files display correctly with mytvoline2 - but not 3.
If you would like a MAC / ID to check and live test so you can review - please advise.

Test on Z11 Pro - Mytol3
Within VOD - when looking at a series, the box is showing an unrelated/larger amount of episodes than there really are - screenshots attached.
Is also showing blank boxes (where episode picture and details usually are) - which may relate to these ghost episode numbers.
Checked files present ok on Z10 Mytol2 - so looks to be specific to mytol3 software.

Thanks, refreshed the content in settings - same problem. All films or single video file seem ok. Any multiple-episode content, seems the same - failed to load vod at the bottom message on the bottom of the screen.
Hi, found that on the VOD within the mytvonline+ app that whilst all the films seem to play back ok - for any series / multiple episodes, I'm getting a failed to load VOD data with the watch button being greyed out. All these series playing back ok on Z10/Z11's so wondering if this is a known issue with the app?
Quick test and seems to work ok live/catchup and VOD are all present / working
Z11 Pro - I reset the box first as was dealing with another issue. Now when I try to enter anything there is no keyboard coming up - factory reset 0000 now is not working. Nothing happens.
Downloaded the new beta - still same issues as above, can't reset, no keyboard to enter portal settings - things just fallen over completely and can't be used. Not sure where to go with this as if it won't reset and it won't open a keyboard for settings - think i'm dead in the water with the box.
Hi, in case of any further use for support - 
f you look to the bottom of the screenshot - you see a folder reading ETC (v5) - this folder does not usually appear and is not part of the service I have. The v5 seems to relate to the nickname/name I have called the connection v5. All the channels are not in the folders above as should be, but are put in this 'appearing' folder.

The older mytvonline2 was ok - and when the Z11 MOL3 was set up it was the same - IE correct, but then seems to reset the channels often and put them in one folder. Both By default *and on other versions MOL 1 & 2 - the channels are in the correctly defined folders. Just something tripping on 3 - if I reset the box, re-install, then it's ok for a few days, then out of the blue, turn on and the channels gone out of the separate folders and put in this newly created single one - which seems to be picking up the nickname of the portal and using that as the header/name for the folder? only on MOL3. The original folders are still there - just all empty.

Had this problem since had the box - 5 to 6 months. Have re-installed mytv3 as well as reset box and all software updates.
In the live TV section - there are many separate folders - Entertainment / Films / Docs etc - all the channels from (any) provider were being populated correctly in the appropriate folders.
On MOL3 it seems to pull out every channel and put every channel in a new folder, which is taken (created by sw) from the portal nickname - IE not a defined folder from the service provider?
Basically, it takes out all the channels and dumps it in a single folder, which the box seems to have created itself.

I know it sounds wrong, but I think is correct.
The HDR seems to turn itself on.
When I go into the display setting and check, it says ´off´. Even though it is on.
I then select the OFF option, press ok, and then whilst it still says OFF it does actually turn HDR off this time, when I press OK.
When I put the box into sleep, then turn on again, same cycle, HDR on, though actually says off in the display settings and then I have to repeat the procedure.
Since the last Z10 update, without turning my box off - just standby, each time put back on it puts on the HDR.
I go into the display settings and it is set to OFF, but I select off AGAIN and it then turns off the HDR.
This has appeared since the last update.

Since switching from the Z Alpha to Z10 Max, noticed a lot of files in the VOD section with audio sync issues.
If I pause or rewind content briefly & unpause/play, then it seems back in sync for a few seconds, then you see a frame skip, then back out of sync again.
This seems to. be affecting a lot of files and did not have the same issue with Alpha with the same service?
I've had a continual audio sync issue on VOD, most of the content is half a second out of sync. If I pause the content and or rewind, it is briefly in sync, then you can see a frame skip after a few seconds and back to being out of sync. I know its not the service provider as the Z Alpha I had before is fine and rest of the setup the same.
Anyone else have this. issue / recommendation for fix?
