Please open ticket, forward same detailed description on Formuler support page and when asked in ticket, give the needed data for check.
The Info on Forum was only for the Community but we have also 80-85% customers who do not use Forum or some channels but still send continuously tickets.
Click on Top (header Menu) on Formuler Helpdesk -> then right down corner on "Ask Questions to Formuler AI" and let the AI create Support Ticket at end. Insert all your detailed data + Screenshots. Thx.
Replay should come next week. Info: there first arrived Tickets have priority and have to be done first, the way like they arrive.
