Hi can any help me with this problem.

I have installed a purple app from a provider on my z8 pro box, but when it tries to go through its first run of updating vod epg etc. it crashes on the epg update. When I rerun the app it loads if I check the epg it says background running please check back in a couple of minutes then it says app has stopped. Please Note I have installed this app on my Sony android Tv which I think is running ver. 9 and it runs correctly loads and plays as expected. Z8 pro is around 2 months old and up to date with all software, provider will only allow his version of app so not able to use mytvonline2 which works with another provider.

Thank you for reply, I want to put the groups as you show in the video first and second into the favourites group as I asked to make sub groups in favourites groups. Thank you. Regards Malcolm

Hello all I’m new so forgive me if it’s already out there, I’ve looked though the help files with no success. I’m wanting to put a sub group in the favourites group i.e. select favourites then inside that be able to make shall we say other groups i.e. sport docs or films etc. then place channels into them. I know I can add a group and call it sport or docs etc then add channels to them but they appear below the favourites in the list. Is this possible. Thanks in advance. Regards Malcolm
