I couldn't fix the problem. I seen that the channels / signals are recognized as 25.000 fps from the Formuler Box. I assume that is why i'm getting stutter on a 50 FPS resolution such as 4K 50 Hz.

In my other app the channels are detected as 50 FPS so the picture is very smooth....

If i change the box to 4K 25HZ obviously its not enjoyable to watch.

Please make video from your issue (at least 1Min.) upload to streamable and post the link.

Try also to test with both conns. Wifi <> Ethernet and if possible with other protocol, don`t know what you using now.

Thank your for the response. What do you mean by other protocol? I'm using the box via LAN and its really never buffering/freezing. Just picture stutter.

And something most important that many people forget! Deactivate all unused categories/country`s etc. from IPTV Dashboard and bouquet list, this increase the load extremely. The box is earlier at start and epg loads much faster.

I tried all those tips above unfortunately i can not get rid of the picture stuttering. In any other app my channels are cristal clear and smooth.

Hello, thank you for the quick response.

I tried the 4k50Hz setting, didn't really fix the problem. I then tried 1920x1080 60HZ and that is a bit better but there is still picture stuttering.

I have a few 4K 50-60 HZ channels as well.. (quality is great & smooth as tested on the other app) but unfornately like this i can not watch them on my brand new Formuler Box...

There is also a setting called "Auto adjust framrate". Is it recommended to turn that on or off? To be honest i tried both and couldn't really tell much difference.

I am expiriencing picture stutter on Z10 Pro Max.

    Very annoying, watching sports (football/motorsports/cycling).

Seems as if picture freezes for 0.5 seconds, between frames.

Tried several settings, and no result.

I'm experiencing the same problem. It's not a connection issue (not buffering).

I tried the same channels on a different smart tv app and the picture is smooth as butter.

Does anybody know how to fix this please?
