Saw it , As it was updated to Z 10 , some remote control operation command values were changes differently from Z8.

I currently have the z8 pro. Can you record one channel while watching another on the z10? Or switch to vod while recording? Which the z8 doesn’t currently allow? Thanks guys.

I dont have the actual Z10 but, turn off the image enhancements under imprex engine totally useless in my opinion.

They are not coded right, you will see improvements in the picture quality

I have trouble with the sound settings

If I let it on recomended sound setting with surround the sound doesn't work at all in no app

When I put it on never use surroundsound I get stereo sound

But before I had the z8 pro and surround did work very good is this a software problem ? Or hardware and I need a new box

Hexagon where is that setting? I have a Z10 but do not see it. Also I've been having issues with the sound going out on my Z10. I have to restart the box for sound to work.

I tried the 4k50Hz setting, didn't really fix the problem. I then tried 1920x1080 60HZ and that is a bit better but there is still picture stuttering.

I have a few 4K 50-60 HZ channels as well.. (quality is great & smooth as tested on the other app) but unfornately like this i can not watch them on my brand new Formuler Box...

There is also a setting called "Auto adjust framrate". Is it recommended to turn that on or off? To be honest i tried both and couldn't really tell much difference.

Use the Shutdown option, it solved some problems in my case.

And try 4K50Hz setting, in auto setting it switches to 4K60Hz, this setting also caused some problems, in my case.

My Z10 has no issues in the standby mode that's all I have been using

Thank your for the response. What do you mean by other protocol? I'm using the box via LAN and its really never buffering/freezing. Just picture stutter.

If you have a tv of more recent model it handles 4k much better then tv box.

Therefore its better if possible to set your picture to 1080p on the tvbox.

4k handling on z10 max sounds not properly set.

Worth a try but not sure it works, I dont have that box.

I couldn't fix the problem. I seen that the channels / signals are recognized as 25.000 fps from the Formuler Box. I assume that is why i'm getting stutter on a 50 FPS resolution such as 4K 50 Hz.

In my other app the channels are detected as 50 FPS so the picture is very smooth....

If i change the box to 4K 25HZ obviously its not enjoyable to watch.
