I got an issue with z8 box. After the update to 7.15.2 i have experienced lag. 25% of the channels are lagging. I convert to m3u and same channels works 100% perfect. I first tought it was my internet connection and replaced 3 routers and also went from 300mbs to 600mps but in portal mode its still lagging. Please formuler look att this or can i go back to oldd version.

how do o use sorted newly added when i use m3u playlist?

i have played around now. It seems that the error only come when iam using portal url. I converted the sub to m3u and voila it dissapeared. However with m3u the vod are not sorted by date added. But so much faster channel zapping. But i have tried same sub on my z8 normal not pro. The z8 are much faster when o zap between channels with same playlist and same isp. And one more thing i noticed about z10 pro max. The box are slower with ethernet cable, very strange. With 5g wifi its better. However 5g wifi are much lower strengt than 2.4 thats strange too

Hi is there anybody who knows if its possible to connect to 2 subscriptions with m3u playlist at the same time?? So i can have all groups at once instead of jumping back and forward between 2 connections?

its very strange how the most expensive and formulers flagship model z10 pro max have this problem. I hope and think Formulers engineers will have a solution very soon. Otherwise i must return the boxes. They cost 220 euro each and bought 3 boxes

no you can use subscription on several devices if you re activate the mac adress on you subscription. The error is in the mytv online2 in z10 pro max.

I activate same subscription with mac or m3u on Z8 and z8pro and dont get any error. When i switch back yo Z10 pro max the flagship error unable to load on some channels appear directly.

The strange thing the error can appear on every channel. The error is not locked on some channels. Please formuler we have a problem and i want to keep the z10 pro max. Tell the engineers to fix the bug

I have tried the subscription with m3u, portal and apps the problem is in MYTVONLINE2 same subscription in my old box Z8 and Z8pro give no error. I cant understand one thing. We are writing here that we have problem with mytvonline and all formuler can say test another protocol. I say it one more like my last post. I have 2 different subscriptions and when i activate it on z10 pro max i get error on both subscription (different servers) and when i activate same subscription on Z8 or Z8pro i get NO error. Formuler must fix this bug asap or i will return all my 3 BOXES. I gave 220 euro each in sweden for this boxes. And i normally buy 15 formuler boxes every year. So this was the first 3 z10 pro max and iam sooo dissapointed. This is the first time iam dissapointed and its not getting better when we cant get any help. I opened a ticket thru helpchat and still no contact och mail from formuler.

I have same issue problem with all my 3 boxes formuler z10 pro max. I have tried 2 different portals and services. For example channel number one gets error and when i switch to chennel 2 and back to 1 i get no error. So alla of the channels can get this error. After 5 seconds the channel load. Its annoying because i have z8 no problem z8pro no problem. Same portal with z8 and z8pro works perfectly. The issue must be in the firmware. And i bought 3 z10 pro max because its suppose to be the flagship and iam very dissapointed. I have tried with different isp providers and wifi and ethernet but error is stil there. Also tried resetring thw box but still same problem. I buy 3 boxes to my sisters and dad but i condsider to return them to te store. An update must come very soon to solve this problem. I have opened a ticket but have not recieved any mail or answer.
