Ye the z10 audio sync issue has been mentioned a few times.when I played a 1080p movie in kodi or vlc it would always upscale it to 4k if auto refresh rate was on,turn it off and the movie plays at 1080p

Depends,alot of us use real debrid in kodi to stream movies

Loads of hdmi to rca on amazon

Majority of services use these tricks to intice new customers,had one recently saying he had loads of 4k channels,even says it's 4k in the channel list but I t s actually jst 1080p

How is the z10 private dns different from the z8 normal dns?

Server wasn't down,and I was connected with ethernet 350 down/40,when I switched my tv inputs from my z10 which was showing this error over to my z8 and that was playing the same channel fine

I've been seeing this aswell on my new z10 pro max,life others have said I don't get this on my z8

Z10 does past atmos/truehd/dtshd/dd,i got my z10 last week,connected to my avr and ive got it all working,only real issue I'm havin is if I turn on Auto refresh rate it will always upscale 1080p to 2160p through kodi and syncler,turn it off and it stays at 1080p,picture quality is a downgrade though compared to my z8 so il probaly send it bck and maybe try it again

Tested it today on m y z10,no issues here

Hiding groups in vod/series is not a problem. But hiding groups from live tv, results (after some loading time) in an 'empty group' notification popup. After returning to live tv, live tv is empty en gives a black screen. Only a reconnect helps bringing the channels from live tv back.

Have had the exact same problem on my z8,it's always been hit and miss whether it work,got the z10 today and thx God it didn't have this issue

Bit the bullet and got a z10 pro max delivered from Amazon today to see if it's a upgrade from my z8 pro,if it's not I can return it, the z8 always felt slow in syncler /kodi so only used it for iptv and would switch over to my nv/shield for apps which can be a pain,the z10 is alot more snappy than the z8,not as fast as my shield or odroid n2 but faster than the z8 for sure,syncler actually feels good to use,truehr/dts hd is passing through kodi to marantz sr7012 without issues,this and ui speed improvement was what I was after,like how I can lock the cpu to maximum performance in settings,couldn't do that with the z8 where it's cpu would hover between 400-1200 mhz,no doubt that's why it feels slow in apps although mytvonline app is always good,picture quality seems OK,don't notice any real improvement over my z8 but I'm gonna compare them tomorrow,but all in all I like this box,not havin any real issues jst yet so I think il be keeping it
