I have purchased 2 GTV's and both are connected by ethernet and about every hour I get 1-2 messages popup ethernet not connected . Also i standby some times yes sometimes no standby so I'm restarting from boot Why is this happening. Also yes running latest OS & Firmware.

    Anyone got any ideas?

I would ask your provider to either put the line on VPN or to Put on AUTO and it will work, Also I have had similar issue where provider would not load but after a box restart service would operate like normal which I found weird, its all about troubleshooting trying different things my friend..

SAM hopefully it will be sooner than later it is a great app I had the chance to try it out on cheap android phone worked great awesome but as I use Apple phone for everyday use sure would be awesome for an IOS version of the app , making you guys the best IPTV innovators in the world which you pretty much are LOL

That would be a great update to consider SAM because it would;d be a pain in the butt to input 2-services on 3 different boxes . would be nice to get 1 box setup with all the services and preferences then create a backup and restore to other boxes that are using same OS and firmware... Just like TiviMate app does....

Sam thats not really a good option for restoring, That means I will have to have 4 backups for the 4 formuler's I have and have to input all 5 IPTV servers on each box , to me thats antiquated and dumb. You should be able to create 1 backup and restore to every box you have ,thats a big time saver.. The TiviMate app allows 1 backup of all your favourites, settings, options and restore to all Tivimate Installs :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Hello I have successfully created a backup on 1 Z11 Pro Max to a usb I assume it backs up everything all the connections ,favorites ,etc, and I inserted the usb in my 2nd Z11 ProMax hoping to do a store of the successful backup on box 1 it fails to restore . Pain in the butt having to install everything and start from scratch on box 2
