I hope you’re doing well!

I just had a quick question regarding the iOS app and new update. So basically, I appreciate Formuler for bringing this new update to let you import the IPTV source via QR code. However, the problem after importing and refreshing the feed, I have been having issues with viewing the content, it continuously shows “An error occurred: -1” for live streams; “No Data” under VOD description page; and similar error as live stream under VOD player.

I would appreciate any help and support.

Thanks for information! However, my last setup box (MAG254) did support genre selection on VOD. And as far as it goes for the IPTV service, I have had that subscription for about 3-5 years with same provider and I never experienced the genre selection bug that I’m with Formuler.

I suppose it has to do with TMDB API not supporting genre selection for many of the movies.

I wasn’t sure if the topic was covered or not but I wanted to ask a question regarding groups within VOD as opposed to live tv channels, is that a thing of making a group in VOD? If not, I would like to suggest that feature.

Feature Suggestions:

1. A way to edit VOD tab so that you could rearrange different sections like let’s say, if I want to drag different sections to top and some to bottom vice versa.

2. I already suggested this but it would be awesome to have an option of “favorite” and “view favorite” within that section of VOD rather than going all in “Favorite” section. For example, if I favorited a movie from English, I would like an filter option to “view favorite” within that English movie section rather than saving to “Favorite” section.

3. An update to “Genre” or “Filter” option within VOD since it doesn’t work even tho, I followed all the steps that the admin and other people suggested.

4. While on Live Tv, when watching a live channel, while tapping “Ok” button one, it shouldn’t show the list of channels but rather the video player because I want to use other options (change aspect ratio, pause, record etc). It’s really annoying to go back to open the player options. Here’s what I’m asking: one tap to view player options, double tap to view list of channels.

At least have a mytvonline3 on Z10 series or GTV, as they are almost newer models and many identical specs to z11 series. Making exclusivity just for z11 series, come on ….

• MYTVOnline 1 / MYTVOnline 2 version: MYTVOnline 2
• Box connected with: Ethernet
• Did you factory reset your device? and when?: No, bought two weeks ago
• What issue(s) are you having? So basically, everytime I’m tryna (filter selection) or select movie/tv show genre, the VOD shows as empty or no content available message.
• What was you expecting to happen? Since beginning…

I hope it’s just a bug but very annoying.
