Crazy I tried both of these with no luck, not on a vpn. Would it make sense at this point to do a hard reset of the box?

Tried this, have Ethernet connected and yet I keep getting the prompt Ethernet not connected. Remove the Ethernet cord connect to Wi-Fi and now it says limited connection / not connected to the internet. Yet I still have my tv app working but no others

Do you get with your box "Exclamation Mark" in home menu under Ethernet icon? Please click on it and use next setting IP->DHCP and execute once. Restart the box.

Have a deco w60 mesh network router. As soon as we switched routers to the mesh network it stopped working. Tried just going to Wi-Fi with no change and even tried to switch back to the old router and it’s still not working. Could not find hotspot anywhere.

Having an issue with my box. Have a hard wired Ethernet cable running right to the box. Now all my apps and vod’s will not load and say no internet connection. The only app that works is both live tv connections. Any help to get the other apps connected would be appreciated
