I just updated to an Z12 Ultra från Z11 pro max.

I have problem with some series that only get background sound but no sound when they speak.

It work on Z11 and phone app.

Anyone know how to fix?

I have the same problem almost every week. I disconnect the power cable a few seconds and then it will start.

I also have that the box goes into full dark when startup and i cant do anything, the box is on (white lamp on the front side). Disconnect power cable works.

This is very frustration and hope they can fix this bug soon. Know several people with the same problem.

Hi.

My Z11 pro max restart it self all the time. Some times it takes up to 15 minutes before it will start again. Some days it restart it self every 5 minutes.

I have the latest firmware.

What to do?

Hi.

When I am looking at any channel my z11 just restart by it self and when it restart it get stuck and the only thing I see is Formuler and the four dots loading. Nothing happens.

Have to cut the power every time.

This started two weeks ago but now it more frequently (several times each day).

What to do?
