Hello, my Z11pro no longer starts. Keeps running in the Formuler window. power off and on does not provide a solution. Anyone have an idea ?

Something connected with box? Disconnect and try again.
If doesn`t work you have to do factory reset.

I have the same problem almost every week. I disconnect the power cable a few seconds and then it will start.
I also have that the box goes into full dark when startup and i cant do anything, the box is on (white lamp on the front side). Disconnect power cable works.
This is very frustration and hope they can fix this bug soon. Know several people with the same problem.

Thanks for your answer, there are no further connections. It starts up to the Formuler logo and stays there. So you can't do a factory reset.

Please save/note first your provider data in MOL3 if not already done, then disconnect all usb devices from your box and do factory reset like in this video.

Center the tack and when you reach end, it clicks.No, sorry is not possible. The reset hole is on the z10, not on the z11. Made up the cupboard and there is nothing internally either. You can restart using the keyboard, but I have not yet found the key combination to go to the reset. See also the attached photo.

When you insert tack carefully into this hole and search for the small switch you should find it. Sometimes they are not exactly in center.
