I just hope it’s some point this is fixed because it sucks to go back to the old one just for stability

I agree this has been just a total mess and very frustrating. I'd feel a lot better knowing there was a fix coming not another beta experiment.

Happens all the time. Mostly when using the back button. Very frustrating.

My apologizes for that. I guess I was just disgusted that I made such a dumb mistake of NOT backing up all the work I did.

Attached is a pic of my remote but I'm sure it wasn't the problem because when I switched back to the 1 that the Z11 Pro came with the back key still didn't work.

Very strange.

The unpair did nothing so I did a factory reset and it worked. Now I have the fun of a day to put all the channels back and in order plus apps. I would just love to know why this happened. Might have to go back to Tivimate.

I only use the BT remote, the other is kept in another room without batteries.

No extender and the latest update it says it has app version 11.2.15 3464 879216fbo and system ver v11.2.6 r0xf92952e5 and firmware 11.2.6

I'm not sure what's meant by factory reseated? All I know is I haven't changed or added anything in the past 6 months other than the factory update.

I have a strange problem that just started yesterday.

The Back key will no longer go back to previous channel as it did before on MO3.

I have 2 remotes, 1 that came with the Z11 Pro and the Blue Tooth one I've been using for the past 6 months.

The Back key isn't working on either. It just keeps going back to the apps and then you have to start MOL3 all over again.

I can manually change channels, but Back just won't work.

1. Format your USB stick you want to use with Z11 on pc and "Rufus Tool" exactly like in this article -> How to format Micro SD card, USB flash drive, pen drive, hard drive or SSD for use with Z and S Boxes. Use NTFS for formatting.

2. Connect your USB recording device with the box and restart the box once (the box initialise the usb stick and creates needed folders for Recording, Screenshots etc.)

3. In MOL2 menu -> Settings ->DVR Settings-> Check if recognised and set your recording device (label) for recording and timeshift if in use.

5. Test again.

6. If same error appear then there is some incompatibility with your usb stick, use another one.

Thanks Sam. Once I let the box do the formatting recording works great. I have timeshift turned on but I still really don't understand what it is or does though.

The USB I was using was fat32 but now after reading this I went back and had the box do the formatting.

Hopefully that will be the cure.

Any help would be appreciated because as of now I have to record using Tivimate when I'd rather just use MTVOL3 for everything.

I have Timeshift in the on position but have no clue as to what it does since I can't watch then go back if I missed something or pause anything.
