Known issue. It will be fixed in the upcoming release.
The current workaround is to delete your favorites and re-register them.
Change the Ethernet cable or try a different port on the router.
Next time it happens to you, share a photo of your network settings in the Android settings menu

My connection on my Z11 pro via vpn surfshark is very slow. It is more than halved. The funny thing is that there is hardly any delay on other devices with Surfshark. And when I turn off the vpn on the Z11 pro the connection is fast again. Is the problem recognizable and does anyone know a solution.
I am also on z11, surfshark and mol3 and watching live tv, the system hangs often. Need to kill mol3, restart, or pull plug from device. Wondering if its iptv, surfshark, mol3 (stalker/MAC) or device itself
On my Z+ Neo with Cyberghost it sometimes was very slow....hanging....spinning circles...
Without Cyberghost everything was OK again
But on my Z11 Pro Max it doesn't happen anymore....same Cyberghost, same ISP, same cables, same router, same switch port
When I watch a channel I want to record.
When I press record (●) button nothing happening.

If I press 2 times quickly it takes a screenshot which I then failed to delete file manager.
Then I get a message that it is not allowed to delete.
Do you mean that I should press several times in close succession until I get the message?

Yes,press several times in intervals of 2-3 seconds (never mind the screenshots),till you get the message,-do not switch channels while recording- and then press OK,the red button in your screen-upper right-will be shown,and recording is started.

Have tested.
Nothing happening.
Time shift works.
I use the Allente app and there is a single EPG.
Could it be related to the fact that I have not activated the Portal EPG?
What button on your remote are you actually using for recording?
The one on the right-down side of your remote?
Or are you trying to record from the channel_>actions->record?
Just try out a scheduled recording via your channel epg,by setting recording after navigating to tv program you want to record,press OK,and a menu will show up,choose set recording and save.

the recording button on the formuler remote works on mytvonline.
also try testing the button for function, hold the recording button for a few seconds and a screen shot should be taken.

Unknown issue. Please let us know if the problem can be reproduced easily.

only akita appears to be using that app never used that so can't give comment on it.
I also can't reproduce the issue in mol when manually recording so could be an infrequent issue.
maybe try upgrading the formuler remote app from the market then restoring remote settings to default.

Go to the Google Play Store and search for Allente and it will be there.
Allente is a distributor of TV via fiber and satellite dish. The company has over a million customers in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden
So Allente as you use it is actually a replacement IPTV app for mol3,just like you could use IPTV smarters or Tivimate as an alternative,if so it is no wonder you can not record via the record button? ![]()
yeah that's why i said earlier recording can only be used on mol when using the formuler remote button.

How do I get the EPG so I can watch my paid channels and record.
1. if using mol and your epg is working good.
one way to start recording is to bring up the channel list(press select) then press right then activate(press select) the program on the time slot
2. if using other player/iptv client look for the recording/dvr function.
Your specific app should have recording instruction from the help section.

This is probably a question you should ask Allente? Can that app even record a program due to copyright?
Just record your programs in mytvonline 3 with your iptv subscription, problem solved.
alente is from a provider isn't that against forum rules to mention providers by name or app?

satelite tv package right?
not sure if you can take the subscription off that app for external use, it maybe bined to the specific app.

I think it's Viasat and Cmore that started Allente together, and they have a streaming app for streaming their channels.
right so you have to use that specific app installed on the formuler.
it may not have all the features like mol and other iptv client that you wish to use.
I have formatted USB stick the MTVOL3 recognizes it but I always get Warning recording error (1) if I hit the record button. I have tried scheduled recording too but no luck.

No sound is heard.
When watching those channels (FDH) I get the prompt to download the codec.
Should I do that and should I do something else after?
Will that fix it so I get sound on the channels.

first ensure in mol settings>dvr that the storage is set to the external storage:
1. try formatting on the box it will default to fat32
2. format on pc using ntfs if above don't work.
3. try using a class6 and up memory card
4. use a usb3 flash drive on the usb3 port

MYTVOnline 3(press menu) > Content Manager > Content Source > Current portal - Edit

How do I delete notifications?
For info, two symbols are displayed at the top right.
Do they matter?
Second to the right - wifi signal strength?
Far right - signal quality for the channel?
In which directory are the recordings saved.
Can't find any files that are saved.
The files are available for playback.
