I'm so done with this box,thought this update was gonna fix xc epg issues,still only seeing 24h forward then no information,even did a hard reset today and started from scratch hoping it would fix it,coming up to a year now this hasn't been working and I feel bad cause I recommend this thing to friends and family when even a free app works better

When are we going to get the main update for Z11 (not the beta) I think the last main update was in February 2023
This morning I got the EPG back, however the EPG description and time is correct however the streaming shows are from western time zone. in other words shows (streaming) are 3 hours behind and the streaming does not match the EPG (so EPG and time is for East time zone and what is actually shown is from western time zone (3 hours behind)
After unplugging and re plugging back to electricity on Z11 Pro Max, no show discerption is showing, I tried to manually update EPG still shows last update 02-23! it use to show the movies discerption, but not anymore. I have it set to Auto update EPG (every 3 hours, however still doesn't update and it shows last update as Feb 2023.
Use "Standby" mode. Don't use "Power off" mode.
The contents will auto-refresh at the scheduled time when the device is in Standby mode.
Thank you, mine is set at Standby mode, so when I watch the streaming the box light is white, at night before bed I press the STB button on remote and the light turns red. My question is when the light is red on the box is that considered power off or standby mode? or should I leave the box on at all times. sorry for my dumb questions.
Should I leave the box turned on for the auto refreshing to take place? (does it do auto refreshing if the box is turned off at night?)

Actually yesterday (for the first time) I disable the auto content refresh and this morning when I turned the device on, it started to work right away without any issues (first time started in the morning without any issues). (what is the disadvantage if I disable the auto content refresh?) and if I leave the device on at night, would it use internet very much or not that much internet data? last few days (when auto content refresh was active) and when device is turn off during the night, in the morning I would not see the "Refresh contents" button at the main menu and it does not appears in the main menu so in order to make the device work I do the following: 1. content manager, 2. content sources, 3. Refresh (once the refresh is completed) then I see the refresh contents in the main menu and after I press the refresh contents in the main menu starts to work (it is a 5 minutes process that I don't think I should do every morning) same thing happens when the device is unplugged from electricity. by the way, thanks so much for you to try to help me.
Don't turn off Auto refresh

wifi6 use the same 5ghz band only wifi6e using 6ghz band.
z11 is the 5ghz band(wifi6).
z11 uses AX. according to comcast and ATT AX is same as wifi 6e using 6 ghz band
My wifi router broadcast wifi in 5G as well as new AX (6G), and note (AX (6G) is much faster than 5G.) however Z11 Pro Max only recognizes 5G as well as standard wifi, when searching for available wifi it does not show AX (6G) wifi, I have IPv6 Enable as well on Z11. note Z11 pro max advertises as compatible with latest AX (6G) my device is up to date with all the updates.
When I go to channels list on MOL3, I only see groups and each group have it's appropriate channel list. How can I see all channels list in numeric order (not in the group format) I like the group format with MOL3 however I also like to see all of the channels list in numeric order, is there a way to do it? with MOL1 it would show all channel list in numeric order. I’m new. Just got my new 11 pro max a few days. I backed up using mol 3. Backing up worked but restoring failed for some reason. I had to do a hard reset after my virtual keyboard disappeared.
Even now after the reset my backup says successful bit restoring fails. What am I doing wrong?

How do you do a hard reset on 11 pro max? I saw one video using paper clip is this the only way to hard reset using paper clip?
Do NOT disable the auto content refresh.
If you don't turn off your device during the night, you need to click on the "Refresh Contents" button that appears in the main menu in the morning.
If you DO turn off your device during the night, the new contents will be applied automatically when you turn the device back on.

When I tried to do a reset from setting it asked for a password, my box is few days old and I don't have the password
1. the default pass is 0000
2. before factory resetting you can try updating to the latest beta software because:
FIX: 404 error occurs sometimes when zapping.
ask if you require info on how to update.
Main screen shows I'm up to date, however I'm sure that is not for Beta software, please provide me with info on beta software update.
1. hard reset means every thing will be lost it will set the unit back to if you setting it up for the first time out of the box.
2. not necessary to use paper clip once the box is working go settings>device preferences>
3. don't think factory reset will solve the issue. The issue(404) is connectivity related example server, internet, outdated link for source, duplicated sessions.

No I did not disable the automatic content refresh setting, it shows as 5 in the morning every day. should I disable it? so I go to content manager, then data sync then auto update setting then scheduled data refresh setting (refresh content auto) scheduled refresh on, time of a day 05:00 I will disable it now
Even when power doesn't go off, the next morning I loose streaming, seller told me to do a hard reset by using a paper clip (is there another way of doing hard reset? also by hard reset would I loose the favorite as well as would I loose my streaming (would I loose the streaming setting from the provider)
Hi, I added service provider to Mytvonline3,(using Formuler Z11 pro max I got few days ago) my box is up to date with latest update installed, the problem is: every morning I loose the streaming also if I on plug the box from electricity I loose streaming I can not watch any streaming, it says (Retrying 1/5 unable to open stream, server error: HTTP 404) then after trying 5/5 it says contact your service provider. I don't have that problem with my Drimlink using the same service provider. Then I have to go to Content Manager, then to content sources, then press refresh other option is to call the service provider and have them refresh it then 2 minutes later it works, I can not keep calling my service provider every day for them to refresh it or for me to go over few screens to refresh it everyday, what can I do to get the box to function as intended? thanks in advance
