I use 2 servers, one of which has not given an EPG for weeks since the update, the other server does, but when I update manually it disappears and even after a number of manual updates it simply does not work, and then suddenly it appears again, when will the app be updated again, I think that is the problem
never had any problems before, but since the last update it's been a drama

You watch by xtream connection?
Do then:
Content Manager>Content Sources>highlight the sub you want to edit>show hidden info>Edit>set epg update interval to 3 hours.
(If you already done that)
Delete epg in Contentmanager, Fully close mytvonline3, force stop it and delete cache.
Then restart and than
unfortunately it doesn't work for me, hopefully there will be a fix

My Z11 Pro Max has a very flakey EPG, its starting to really annoy me now, I start by saying, I've load TiviMate and IPTV Smarters onto the box and both of these display the EPG fine, but I really like MyTVOnline and want to use that, it is one of the reasons I purchased this box.
I will do a Clear EPG and Refresh and the EPG appears to work fine, a few hours later and 1/2 the channels just says No Information in the main EPG and on the channel, however, if I press the Right Arrow button on the control when viewing the channel, I get the single channel EPG and this shows the channels programs with no issue.
Last night I was watching it, EPG was fine, then literally 10 minutes later to wasn't working again, it did change from Friday to Saturday during these 10 minutes, maybe that has a bearing or not, I don't know. I've tried both ways of loading the EPG, M3U and xtream and it makes no difference.
I also have 2 different IPTV providers and the same thing happens on both.
Anybody else having issues like this ?

Reinstalled mol3 now for the 7th time and indeed the Gameday feature is back,and working,but why is it so unstable,other members ( Akita) had similar experiences,out of the blue:Failed to load data or black screen,there must be more members with similar issue.They are just not reporting or using Gameday intensively

I've noticed that my streams have been buffering/stuttering a little recently, and has gotten progressively worse to the point I can't watch anything. A lot of the box sets buffer like crazy too.
I use the same subscription on a few devices, I have the free mytvonline app on my phone and it's seamless, I also use a cheaper box occasionally in another room with a generic free app and that's also showing no issues so I don't think it's an internet issue.
I'm on 12.1.21
I have the same problem since the update, sometimes it happens often and freezes, if I switch channels and back then it works fine again, sometimes it continues to run with a small jerk.

Since I set the CPU to max in the developer option, I no longer have any problems and when I change channels supper quickly within 1 sec without any stuttering, the signal strength simply remains full, previously it dropped after 0 and started to stutter, now no more

I have 1 GB fiber optic speed, now I have set the CPU to maximum via the developer menu, it now runs well without VPN, I hope that is the solution

I understand, I have 2 different servers, and I experience it on both of them, if I turn off VPN it's fine again, but lately it's been a nightmare to watch TV, sometimes the sound doesn't match up either.

when I use VPN the channels switch slowly, I see with VPN that it works worse, if I turn it off it is much better, my server has been having problems for months, another server that I also have also drops out every now and then, sometimes I have doubts It's not the box, a lot of freezing and sometimes the channel is offline, when I ask they say everything works fine, so I tried with VPN but then it gets even worse, i use expressvpn

Hi,i dont understand all the fuzz about notifications.
In my case-2 providers- i get in the morning, after waking the box from standby,the first message i get is new content has arrived and this is followed by instant content refresh.
During the day i dont get any new refresh notifications,unless i go in CM and press refersh.
Btw ,i have no problems deleting notifications,either with green or red button.
The option to switch off notifications entirely,is best for evryones peace of mind

That is not what you mean, what you say is also what I have, I have it updated at 4 o'clock in the morning, I have no problems with that, but my question is that those notifications from, for example, last week remain there, why can you can't just delete that

but if you have them all on, then either 1 is active and the others are off, when the other one is down you only activate it or you have it on continuously

Can you use multiple servers? I have 2 servers and always switch 1 off. Is that necessary or can you just leave them active and that does not affect your speed and quality? I think it would be better if I wanted to switch to another server. first take out the other one in the portal

I don’t have issues with epg however the method i mentioned seems to refresh the whole sub as if its a fresh connection so its possible that will also resolve your epg issue.
Are you sure the issue isnt provider side and just coincidence it happened after update
If I activate my other server it works, so I think it depends on the server
