Hello, for me I have a problem with the icon, I've try to uninstall and reinstall from market but still the same, it can't load icons

Which icons, please be specific?
I think he mentioned channel logos/ picons/ icons
I don't use vpn for my iptv. The icon issue is for TV channel, vod and series, friend of me have same issue

If you have the issue on other devices, I suggest you check with the service provider as well.
Also, please follow Sam's instructions, and check on Tivimate and report back with the results.

Do you maybe use other DNS Server? If yes, try with google or from own isp.
1 hr of recording out of the scheduled 5 hrs set. & the Z11 had yet another panic attack! & kicked itself out of mol3 AGAIN! So unstable when you record. When will this box ever be stable! 1051 updates later!

When the issue happens again, please send logs following the next instructions.

Did you do a refresh content after the update?
Sometimes it helps but it also takes some time to get all the icons back
I also have this problem with 3 different providers, it is not always, sometimes the icons are there and the next day it is no longer there. The icons are still there on the Tivimate. It also sometimes takes a long time to load. It then gives the message that VOD cannot load. If I wait a while, it loads the VOD. Perhaps the problem is because I have multiple providers.

Mine is 2.5 yrs.
Update on z11pro. Made the brightness horrible. Everthing is very dark now. Im changing preferences in display to adjust. Idk what changed but I can't use auto anymore. Frustrating when every few updates has some sort of bugs. I don't have time to search forums. I always send logs. Please try to fix.
The update can't affect the brightness. You must have messed up some other settings on your TV.

A lot of the box sets buffer like crazy too.
I use the same subscription on a few devices, I have the free mytvonline app on my phone and it's seamless, I also use a cheaper box occasionally in another room with a generic free app and that's also showing no issues so I don't think it's an internet issue.

Since the update Gameday on several occasions not working,usually reinstalling mol3 solves the issue,but now only black screen,also after reinstall of mol3.
Is Gameday maybe overloaded with data?As i also do not get the message "Failed to load data"
Or is there maybe to much "traffic" on the Gameday feature during the weekends,as it during weekdays was working perfectly?

If you're using wifi on your Formuler check the signal strength reported on the box to see if it is optimal.

I have the same problem since the update, sometimes it happens often and freezes, if I switch channels and back then it works fine again, sometimes it continues to run with a small jerk.

I've been getting a strange issue since upgrading. When I tune to a channel everything comes in normally for about a minute, then the picture and sounds freeze and I get the spinning circle for about 30 seconds before it resumes and continues normally. I've restarted the Z11 Pro Max, reset the internet, went with a wired connection over wifi, tried with and without VPN, and tried 2 different providers. This behavior did NOT occur prior to this last update.

Make sure the headphones are not paired with another device (like your phone). Temporarily turn off BT on your phone and try again
or
Unpair and re-pair the headphones on the Z mini.

Sounds like a provider issue or ISP throttling issue.
Temporarily connect your Formuler's wifi to your phone's wifi hotspot and check the channels again to see if there is a difference and report back.
This has been reported before that recordings are choppy when played back.
It stops for a short while and then continues.
Will this be fixed in the next update or are there settings that eliminate this now?
