Works perfectly fine on MOTV3 & Z11 box. Must be an issue with the Z12 or MOTV4. Hoping the error will be resolved in an update.
Why are you connecting the Formuler Z12 to the Xbox? You can also connect it directly to the TV, right, or am I misunderstanding something?
I’m not. I am using the Xbox one digital tuner to get channels through my aerial. So one of my connect sources is DVB. However, when I search for channels in only finds 7 and they don’t work. BBC ONE etc.

It is an outdoor antenna on the roof, and the signal quality when testing is really good.
The same antenna provides tv to other rooms okay, and if plugged directly into the TV, it works okay using the TV Free View player. It just seems to be slow on the Formuler box with the Xbox USB tuner.
Is it possible it could be the Xbox USB tuner, or in testing, has it been okay?
When changing channels through the local Ariel input (DVB-T) it takes 10 to 20 seconds to change. I am using a compatable Xbox usb tuner. Any suggests to speed this up? What could be the issue?
Do you have any recommendations to help fix this? Better tuner? Do I need a new Ariel?
It’s a roof antenna and works perfectly on all other tv boxes in the house. Would the Xbox tuner be at fault? As it’s also very slow changing channels, 10-20 seconds per channel change? Or is this just the nature of the box?
DVB-T channels freezing using Xbox usb tuner. Seems to freeze every 15 minutes or so. Would a different USB tuner help?
Thank you, I can confirm it is the correct USB ID and I have actually fixed the issue! It was a simple and embarrassing fix, I simply plugged the tuner into the back USB port rather than the 3.0 port on the side and it now works much better.
I will update to the beta firmware and see if it fixes the EPG info issue.

In addition, forgetting the slow zapping. Does anyone have an idea on the EPG info being wrong? For DVB-T?
Just wanted to add. Sometimes it’s super fast, but most the time it’s slow. Like 1 in every 50 changes it’s fast.

It seems you have missed the Xbox tuner off of your list, however I checked the number on your website (04E:02D5) and couldn’t see it (or anything similar) on the side of the tuner. However, I believe (correct me if I’m wrong) they only made one version of the Xbox one tuner so as it’s on your website as compatible I don’t see why it would take so long.
Is it just the Xbox tuner is less optimised than the others you mentioned above? Do I need to update/download a driver?

I have just purchased the Z11 Pro. Love it. However.
Info is wrong for DVB-T tuned channels on the EPG (guid) screen (info seems to be taken from the program before), correct when info button is pressed when watching the channel in full screen.
Long time switching between DVB-T tuned channels, ~30 seconds.
I am using the Xbox One USB Tuner for UK local channels plugged into the 3.0 USB port.
Is there a way to fix these 2 issues?
