I have just purchased the Z11 Pro. Love it. However.
Info is wrong for DVB-T tuned channels on the EPG (guid) screen (info seems to be taken from the program before), correct when info button is pressed when watching the channel in full screen.
Long time switching between DVB-T tuned channels, ~30 seconds.
I am using the Xbox One USB Tuner for UK local channels plugged into the 3.0 USB port.
Is there a way to fix these 2 issues?

Is on list of supported tuners , check the No.
DVB-T USB Tuners:
- Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD (2040:8265)
- Geniatech MyGica T230 Black (0572:689A)
- Geniatech OEM T230 White (0572:c68a)
- Xbox One Digital TV Tuner (045E:02D5)
30 sec for zapping is to long should be between 1-3 sec.

It seems you have missed the Xbox tuner off of your list, however I checked the number on your website (04E:02D5) and couldn’t see it (or anything similar) on the side of the tuner. However, I believe (correct me if I’m wrong) they only made one version of the Xbox one tuner so as it’s on your website as compatible I don’t see why it would take so long.
Is it just the Xbox tuner is less optimised than the others you mentioned above? Do I need to update/download a driver?

You can`t install drivers, this are already installed through box firmware.

while waiting on support, try for zapping:
1. check if there is any firmware update for the usb device.
2. try using kodi with tvheadend addin.
3. base on feedback the hauppauge works better with mol.

Just wanted to add. Sometimes it’s super fast, but most the time it’s slow. Like 1 in every 50 changes it’s fast.
In addition, forgetting the slow zapping. Does anyone have an idea on the EPG info being wrong? For DVB-T?
first confirm the usb id of the tuner is actually on the formuler supported list:
1. if using windows get the product id from device manager, rightclick on the tuner>properties>details tab.
for linux:
1. Run the lsusb command to list details of your connected USB devices.
2. Find your desired USB device in the list to see your PID and VID.
2. for epg:
try updating to the firmware beta11.2.2 on the z11
also delete epg data and adjust offset if available.
Thank you, I can confirm it is the correct USB ID and I have actually fixed the issue! It was a simple and embarrassing fix, I simply plugged the tuner into the back USB port rather than the 3.0 port on the side and it now works much better.
I will update to the beta firmware and see if it fixes the EPG info issue.

cool it is always better to attach usb devices when the box is powered off then power it on so it can initialize properly.
