The recordings that I'm trying to play are on sky F1 channel and other sports channels are in the epg. I have tried clearing and reloading the epg but to no avail. Do some channels block their recordings on the epg.

Any previous epg recorded programs will not load, just comes up "cannot play this video". Cannot seem to fix this does anyone know what is happening and how to fix?

Update: Apparently it has something to do with the recordings because I deleted the mol2 cache and restarted the box on a whim and it now works. If I reord something now and play it, it works fine. However if I try to play something previously recorded it won't play just keeps circling. I'm going to have to do that more often.

After the last update anything I reord on my Z10 Pro will not play, just keeps trying to play forever. When I look at the lable of the recordings they all display M3U8. Even when I change the player...same results. I can't seem to find any info on this or how to remedy so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Brad - Sorry but I don't see an "update Interval" anywhere in my portal so we are probably on different systems.

Has anyone else noticed that the guides have gone from a few "no informations" to all "no informations" currently?

I am having the same experience almost exactly. Still haven't found a fix that actually works.

Lipsync seems to be off by a second or two in several VODs lately. Does anyone know how to fix if there is a fix?
