Guides Are All "No Information"

  • Check your url and delete "/" as the last entry. Check with other app if there epg works and if not, it is provider issue.

  • I experienced the same problem you are having with the Z10 ProMax EPG.

    Has anyone else noticed that the guides have gone from a few "no informations" to all "no informations" currently?

    I no longer use the Z10 ProMax since I've upgrade to the Z11 ProMax.

    There is definitely a problem with the Z11 ProMax EPG right now. This is what I see.

    -- Guide Button Shows - No Information

    -- EPG on Left Side (after pushing ok) Shows - No Information

    -- EPG on Left Side (after pushing up or down from full screen picture) Shows - No Information

    -- If you (from full screen picture push OK and then the Right Arrow) to Enter into the "EPG Single" All the EPG data is there. I would say a box issue.

    The Z11 has had issues with the sudden EPG "No Information" for some time but I think it's worse after the last update.

    Try this on your Z10 ProMax when it acts up and see what you see.. I hope this gets corrected soon. It's one of the biggest complaints I get.

    JCT3 - I believe that I found my problem. There is a "EPG Update Interval" setting that appeared in the Portal Settings.. Very strange.. I believe it was moved in the last update released for the Z11 ProMax. I have setup many of these boxes and never saw this setting before. You won't see the setting during the setup of the Portal, only after it's setup. I went into the "existing" Portal - Edit - "EPG Update Interval" was OFF. I set it to 18 hours.. Problem appears to be solved.. I hope this helps others..

    Brad - Sorry but I don't see an "update Interval" anywhere in my portal so we are probably on different systems.
