Hi,
It is not since the last update, I had this already so often. I happens now more often though.
The screen becomes blank (almost all the time) when we try to want to watch a program back. If this works we get a Time Shift Error at some point or we get this error immediately.
When this has happened, a restart of the Z11 doesn't solve the problem, a reboot is needed.
I have send 2 log files "1922385" 1 whet is happens and one after a restart of the Z11
This is quite frustrating.
As a remark;
I don't understand the reason and I don't know where to look or who causes the issue. Is it the Z11/MOL3 or.. could it be at providers side. I don't have the tools to look for reasons. I cannot find log files, I don't have a terminal to analyze.

I dont think it is a matter of missing one button on your remote,but more a matter of programming the extra buttons that you can "toggle",I do not have a BT remote nor a Samsung tv,so i can only offer you the advice to install remote app from market and try to find out if swiching HDMI ports is a option.
That's the whole issue. The remote app was automatically installed at start-up but the remote cannot be programmed, although it could be me. Pressing the TV button on the remote should bring it into the programming mode. No joy! Nothing happens. So yes, still missing the button

I would like to switch HDMI ports on my Samsung TV. Is this possible to add it ?

Unable to reproduce the issue.
Try the following:
Unplug the power from your Formuler.
Unplug the HDMI cable from your Formuler.
Wait 10 seconds and plug in the HDMI cable.
After that, plug in the power cable and test the CEC again.
I would add: Unplug the power from your TV at the same time

Thank you for your hint but this is not how I would see it. I think the UI is very complex, not easy and very error-prone. I think a separate application with drag and drop as well as save remote of the box will work much better instead of moving/sorting with a remote-control
Do you have a file layout of the molxyz to give us a go?

New to this box/this type of IPTV. Coming from Linux Sat devices.
There we have the possibility of editing the "Bouquets" on a separate editor like Dreamboxedit.
Is there already something available for the MOLn files?
