it's a common issue not related to Mytvonline3 as it's related to the iptv provider, I get the same on tivimate.

I also recently purchased the box and experiencing the same problem. Sometimes a channel won't load at all, other times it works but this message comes along. I've never had this problem when using Z8 for 5 years.
Any chance this issue can be resolved in upcoming update?
