If you have VPN on, try turning it off. If it works when off try another vpn location.

I have started to also get these problems ONLY after I installed the latest updates and on TV channels.
delete the app en reinstalling it, helped for me
I also recently purchased the box and experiencing the same problem. Sometimes a channel won't load at all, other times it works but this message comes along. I've never had this problem when using Z8 for 5 years.
Any chance this issue can be resolved in upcoming update?

dont think so. i reinstalled the app, and didn't see it ever again. 1 full month now
